  1. Name: Kate M
    1. What did you search for to find this post? Tennis
    2. What made you choose this post rather than others you looked at?
The blog had current information regarding what is going on in the world of tennis.
    3. What kind of introduction does the post have? How does the writer try to hook his or her reader?
The author starts out by asking a series of questions that were asked during an interview with a player. The reader is automatically hooked because the answer to the question lies within the post later on.
    4. What do you think of the blog’s layout? Is it inviting or intimidating?
The layout of the blog is very easy to navigate. There are no obscure colors that make your eyes hurt as I found in other blogs, and everything is laid out visibly.
    5. How does the blogger conceive of his or her audience? Is it for insiders or outsiders? What kinds of knowledge does the author assume of his or her reader? Are these assumptions true of you? The blog is intended for those who are more knowledgeable about tennis. Someone who does not know anything about tennis will be lost on whom the author is talking about. But, outsiders could catch on quickly to this specific post of “Staying in the Moment” because the author discusses an athlete’s change in attitude while playing a sport. Those who might not know the game of tennis can certainly understand the post.
